I want you to fall in love with your lovely dolly but if, for any reason, you don’t you can return it to me. Please let me know within 14 days from the day after it has been delivered to you. I can send you a model cancellation form to use to inform me of your wish to cancel, but just a simple email will be enough.

If the dolly is returned in its original condition, I will exchange or refund the purchase price plus the original delivery costs. I will refund you, by the same means as you paid, within 14 days of receiving it back.

You must send the dolly back to me within 14 days from when you have told me that you wish to cancel. You will have to pay the return postage costs and ensure that the dolly packaged properly.

Before work commences full payment is needed. This can be by Paypal, card or bank transfer.

Once I have received your payment, I will let you know.

On each listing is the lead time for each doll. Larger dolls take longer to make and so have a longer time. I may be able to be flexible on this so please do contact me if you want something quicker. I also have ready-made dolls available.

I use Royal Mail for delivery; and will send by 2nd class in the UK to keep postage costs low for you. However you will have the option to upgrade to tracked and signed for, first or second class. Delivery costs are added when you place your order. Internationally I only ship tracked so we can follow their journey to their new home.

Of course I do respect your normal consumer rights, so if there is something wrong with the doll please let me know. All dollies come with a free 'dolly hospital' pass and I will repair them for the lifetime of the doll, but only if the dolly has only been used for normal play. Please contact me by e-mail and we will decide how we can best treat your dolly.
